Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully before purchasing and contact us beforehand for any sizing or production questions if you are unsure.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery:

• All items must be unworn and free from damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item in question does not meet our standards.

• Irregularities in natural dyes are part of the charm and character of plant dyed products and are not considered a fault/defect.

• Exchanges - While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note. As each TOR item is hand dyed and one-offs, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Refunds - Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only. Postage is not refundable. All returns are made at the customers expense and must be returned with trackable postage. We are not liable or accountable for any lost or damaged items during transit.

• International orders are considered final sale and not refundable and/or exchangeable.
